Since 1966, The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management has been at the forefront of increasing the ranks of African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans in top-tier MBA programs and corporate leadership. However, recent shifts in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) landscape, particularly following the Supreme Court's decision on affirmative action, have made its mission more critical than ever.
At the same time, shrinking corporate budgets, heightened competition for diverse talent, and evolving industry trends have created new challenges in attracting and supporting prospective students, corporate partners, and member schools. To maintain its leadership position and drive greater impact, The Consortium needed a strategic approach to amplify its value proposition, modernize its digital presence, and strengthen engagement across key stakeholders.
